could you open the back and find the serial number on the movement and find out the maker`s name also stamped on it? sears & roebuck didn`t make their own watches, only sold them.
Well i hate to have an excuse but unfortunately it may be a bit hard cuz i only have use of one arm and i wouldnt even begin to try and figure how to do that . Plus my grandad always said dont ever open a watch on your own unless u know how to fix it . And im not a watch fixer plus if nothing wrong why try. I can understand your concern but i wouldnt know how to begin to do that one handed or want to risk scratching it. So im kinda stuck on that request
