I bought them 3 years ago for my Chi,tried them on her once and she was scared to death of them. She is afraid of her own shadow,but she is my baby and I LOVE her MUCH! They are made for little dogs such as a Chi. They are still in the plastic pouch with the tag still on it. I know it will fit your Chi. I just posted new with tags on ,2 dresses size small that are too big for my Chi and cannot find receipt to take them back. Check it out,great deal. Thanks and have a great bidding day.
