I am going to help you here. This is not light, people really need to bid higher on it because of that. Also note this is from the early 1950's between 1950-1953 which makes it a vintage piece. Also it is hand carved, how do I know... I have one and I have another similar that has mother of pearl inlay all over it. The traveling vintage shows would tell you its very valuable, I go them all the time. If you pass this up it would not be good, this is a vintage piece you could pass down from generation to generation and should easily go between 10-20 million. :) Wishing everyone the best of luck and happy bidding :)
I actually thought about getting another one and asked about buying one and thought about using credits and getting yours. But I have two one like this and one with mother of pearl inlay diamond shapes all over it. I only decided not to because my new home has one room less than my other one...and I keep telling myself wait stop, clear out clear out not get more :) But yes they are gorgeous and a great collectors item.
