This beautiful collar is adjustable in size. Would fit kittens, cats, smaller puppies, and small dogs (such as chihuahua, dauchsand - this is the dogs I have in my personal home.

Collar is black and white, has an attached bell which is purple, link for tag(s).

This item is BRAND NEW, and NEVER USED. It does not include a tag as it comes from a bulk lot from overseas. All pet collars are in MY possession and will be shipped from my pet friendly home, there are dogs inside my home but the cat resides outside. If you are allergic to cats - this should be okay as it will not come in contact with Sammantha (the stray cat we adopted by feeding it and lives on our porch railing now lol).


•Shipping / Policies

1. Most items ship within 1-2 business days, at times I accomplish same day shipping and rarely I even get as quick as hourly. Lol.
However I must add that I am disabled, putting a package together is fairly easy but due to sickness/pain sometimes I am delayed.

2. If you do not provide your address within 7 days, I will not refund you & I will not send the item: after 7 days, the item is mine again and I am able to re-list.

3. No, I do not refund buyers remorse or "accidental" bidding.

4. Items are shipped with tracking so there is no "confusion" whether or not an item has been delivered.

-Yes!! I have black, green, blue, yellow, red & pink.
