In this auction I am including 10 seeds

Today you are considering Orange Beefsteak Heirloom tomato. This tomato has been open air pollinated and no pesticide usage. Grown in the back-yard last summer, this tomato became a fast favorite for my grand kids. Orange-yellow in color, this tomato is sweet, large, beefy -- many times with one slice covering the hamburger patty or sandwich!

The lighter colored tomatoes are known to be lower in acid than the dark red colors. So if you suffer from acid reflux or heartburn, you will want a tomato like the Orange Beefsteak!

Flowers were open air pollinated, only Indiana Sun and water used during the growing stages. Fantastic producer, and easy care, water and pick tomatoes -- doesn't get any easier than this!

Growth is fairly tall so provide some staking or caging.
Exposure: Full sun
Maturity: 70-85 days
Type: Heirloom
Vine: Indeterminate
Fruit Size: varies from round 4" fruits, to kidney shaped 6" fruits or larger
Leaf: regular
Color: orange
Shape: round to kidney shape (on larger fruits)

Open Air Pollinated, NO PESTICIDES USED, grown in my Indiana garden.

Tip: Tomatoes are best started indoors. This needs to be done 5 to 7 weeks before the last anticipated frost date. The seedlings can then be transplanted into your garden anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks after the last actual frost date. Call your County Extension Office to get frost information for your area.
