Thank you. The way it was worded it sounded like call were not able to be made, usable for pics only. And I don't presume to know if a profile name is what an actual person's name is --many people use different profile names than their own real names. I meant no disrespect, it's just my upbringing and the way I talk -- I'll be sure not to make the same mistake again.

I'm sorry, my name is jennifer, not hon. I would think it should be able to make calls when activated. I just didn't need it for that purpose. The full model number is sited in the title, and it's a Pre-paid phone. You can always use these in place of a contract phone, like in the event a phone is lost and it's too expensive replace an iPhone or Samsung galaxy

I've used the Samsung J3 phone for calls and the call quality is not very good. This is a step below, so if you're looking for something for making calls. I wouldn't go with this model

Can straight talk be put on it? Also is ESN clean?

ESN is clean. It's a prepaid phone. I would think so, but you would need to ask straight talk about switching out the SIM cards

Phone and screen are not very big - smaller than an iPhone 4. I bough it about a month ago only to take pics. It should be functional. It has never been dropped, scratched, or damaged.

I don't know. I've never tried to do that with a phone before. I imagine it would be the same as any other phone

If you're worried about that, I wouldn't get a Pre-paid phone though. Their reception is usually worse, even with service

I guess I should've asked if it's a smartphone. You don't give very much information about this phone. I am looking at another similar phone like this one and the seller said it can't connect to wifi so I thought it would be a great question to ask!

It's good for a 2mp camera, but it's no iPhone or galaxy s7 edge. This is a cheap, bottom of the line smartphone
