Description

The listing, Confederate Rose or Rainbow Rose has ended.

These came from an auction here on Listia. I bid on Confederate Roses which start out as an almost white bloom and changes colors to a pink and later to a dark pink. When the seeds arrived, they were labeled Rainbow Rose seeds. So it is not a total mystery what you will end up with but then again it is. If you enjoy surprises, here is your chance to bid on one for yourself. You are bidding on 10 seeds. If the winning bid is over 10000 the number of seeds will be increased. Happy blooming!!!

I only mail to Canada and within the United States and Puerto Rico

Please do not bid unless you have a verified address. If you do not have a verified address and you bid, you agree to A. Contact seller as soon as your address has been verified on the listing. B. The 7 day period for the item to be sent commences on the date that I received the verified address.C. You aqree that you will not file a dispute for 21 days from the auction close for any reason.

I am mailing thru the USPS, regular mail, not overnight, not priority mail either unless you wish to pay for it. It many times does not get to a recipient for weeks. I have had some that have taken 30 days to receive. You should contact me if you have not received your item rather than just filing a dispute.

that is stratification. Make them think that it is winter. I would recommend not putting them in a jar. Take a coffee filter and wet it. Put in the seeds and into a ziploc bag. Check them starting at 30 days for any growth. However, I would recommend before doing that you should scarify them.

Also when soaking the seeds make sure that it is not city water (if it is allow it to sit 48 hours prior to putting the seeds in it. Also the water should be about 100 degrees and the soaking should be for about 24-48 hours. Do not use soil that has any type of fertilizer in it. After the soil has been made wet that you are putting it in, do not water from the top other than a light mist. And one more thing, sprinkle the top of the soil with ground cinnamon.
