Up for bid is a vintage, hand-painted, Deco style, wall pocket in very nice condition! No chips or crazing.

The flash from my camera makes the colors more washed out than in reality. The yellow parts are iridescent, and that is hard to show. The dark leaves on the flowers are darker, and not noticeably missing color, than they appear in the enlarged photos.

It measures just a tad over 6" x 3-1/2". Multiple pictures with different views have been taken to show condition. Any white lines on the front are from camera flash.

I have shown the few marks around the inside of the top, which will probably be easily removeable. There is also some residue on the bottom of the inside. Will probably dissolve with a cleaning solution (or soap and water), but I leave any of that up to the new owner if they so desire. Personally, I would just let it as is, since it doesn't show.

The bottom is marked Hand Painted Japan around a flower with the letter "H" in the middle of the flower.

I see one exactly like it listed on another site starting at $35 with a hefty shipping fee. Here the shipping is FREE!

All in all, I think this looks a heck of a lot better than my photos, but I did the best with them that I could. Smoke-free home.
