The listing, Novelty Miniature Set of Five US Coins(1/4" diam.) has ended.

Metal, new, 1/4" diam.(approx.). These miniature coins are fun as a collectable item, great for jewelry making, crafts, doll houses, gag gifts, etc. Very detailed and very real looking. Note: regular quarter used in photo to show the size difference(not a part of the auction). The set is a mini Kennedy Half Dollar, Nickel, Penny, Dime, and Quarter(5 total in set). Inflation gone wild!

Okay, these made me laugh! I loved your comment about inflation gone wild! My other thought was. .. So long as no one uses them as size reference coins in their auctions. When you see these in "the flesh" you will be tickled. My brother gave me a bunch of these a long time ago and I found them stored away. The detail on these fake little beauties is incredible. You won't be disappointed. So many uses for them to and a great inflation trick at your favorite store...you will have anyone laughing over these.

Glad you like the mini coins. They are great for jokes. Can you imagine the look on a cashier's face when you go fishing for change and present the person with one of these....they are sure to get a good laugh. There are some creative Listia members that can make jewelry, do scrap booking, have doll houses, etc.

I'm not sure why but I have always liked tiny miniatures. I used to have tiny board game replicas Parcheesi, sorry, life a couple more. They were so cute. I think that's when I got hooked.
