The listing, GENUINE THOMAS KINKADE PRINT - SWEETHEART COTTAGE - 13" X 11" PRINT !!! has ended.

This is a Genuine Thomas Kinkade Print - "Sweetheart Cottage". This is a Library Edition, that means it has the Gold Nameplate in the mat, but is not necessarily stamped with his name on the print itself. That does not make it any less valuable, I am told by a Gallery in California. It measures 13" x 11" print only, not including oak frame. Gold faceplate states name of print and Thomas Kinkade as maker. Print and frame together measures approx. 18" x 16". I am trying to share some of my smaller prints with my Listian family. This one is about 4 inches larger both directions than the last one I gave away. Once again, even though I always have free shipping, since this is such a large item, the winner will need to pay exact shipping. To give you a general idea how much that would be, the last one was only $17. This one will probably be around $22 or so. Anything over $22 I will pay. Anything under $22 will be adjusted to winner's cost. This is a small price to pay for a Kinkade print!

Yes, PayPal is preferred. Money orders or cash accepted (concealed) but priint won't go out until shipping is paid. If the $22 is paid by PayPal it would be much easier to refund any amount if the cost to ship is less than that. Thanks for asking. Legend Kim

BEAUTIFUL painting. My late mother loved ALL of T.Kinkade paintings and actually had a couple small ones in her collection. She never did get any replaced after someone took them from here home. I'll try and win this auction for her. I also live in Anderson, In--not too far from you in Lafayette. SO, IF I can get lucky enough to win, I would prefer to meet you to pick it up. For your information there is a flat rate priority box that measures 11 7/8 by 3 3/8 by 13 5/8. And the cost for it is $10.95 shipping. Just thought it might help you get more bids. :)

I cannot use that because there is not enough room in it to pack it safely so it won't get broken, glass, frame, etc. That is why it is necessary to use the larger box.

Whoever wins this auction will be super lucky. This lady is a very accommodating and trusted seller- I won nail polish for my friend's birthday but I didn't count the days correctly and was freaking out, but she was willing to ship out early AND get it by the fastest one possible. Her auctions are completely worth it. 22$ is nothing when you've got her to trust completely, guys.

I am not sure and won't know until closer to when the auction is over. I will then take the box to the post office, have them quote a price in CA, which is about 3500 miles away from where I live (that would be the furthest it would need to travel). That is how I came up with the $22 flat rate shipping in case you missed that. If it costs less, I will refund the difference via winner's PayPal account. If it costs more, I will pay the difference. Either way, the winner starts out paying a $22 flat rate to get it sent out. Thanks for asking - Legend Kim

You're right it is amazing! Most people would call me crazy for posting my Kinkades on Listia. However, I believe that everyone should have a chance to bid for a great piece of artwork. I am a Kinkade Collector. I even have and EPIC canvas (30" x 40") and many Classics on Canvas. I also havemany of both the prints and canvas "accent" sized pieces. I want to share my love of The Painter of Light with my fellow Listians! Sweetheart Cottage is one of many cottages he has painted. I think it is one of the prettier ones too. I am just glad I can share my hobby of collecting Kinkade art with a few luck Listians! Legend Kim

On the Kinkade's are they oils? I have an Thomas Kinkade oil painting. Is that what these are?

No, I have oils on canvas as well, a lot of them!! These are Signed and framed under glass with mat surrounding the Print on Heavy-duty Paper. Not worth quite as much as a canvas painting, but not cheap either! And they are equally as valuable and beautiful! Legend Kim
