It's $1.30 unless you want insurance or tracking information. Insurance adds an extra $1.80 and tracking only comes w/priority mail which is $5.10.

There is probably a difference between stamps.com and going physically to the post office to mail this stuff. My husband didn't find that delivery confirmation was available on anything but priority mail on stamps.com which is what we usually use.

Figured out what the difference is! You can't get delivery confirmation on an envelope, it has to be a box. I didn't weigh a box though, I weighed an envelope. I'm happy to send it in a box but that makes it 4 oz, not the 2.5 oz that I based the shipping cost on.
