Nova Scotia is the second-smallest province in Canada, with an area of 55,284 square kilometres (21,300 sq mi), including Cape Breton and another 3,800 coastal islands.

As of 2011, the population was 921,727,[1] making Nova Scotia the second-most-densely populated province in Canada.

THIS COIN HAS A VERY SLIGHT BEND TOWARD THE CENTER. IT IS A VERY RARE COIN IN BETTER CONDITIONS SUCH AS THIS, BEING EXTREMELY DETAILED.

Halifax is my birth city. Halifax has been a major seaport since its founding. The British used Halifax to load and unload troops and supplies for attacks on America during the Revolutionary War and the War of 1812 and mainland Europe during WWI and WWII.

Pier 21 was the disembarking point for troops leaving for the mother country or refugees immigrating to Canada.

Took my homecoming vacation in May 2010.
