All brand new!! There are 9 different color sets to choose from. Winner gets to choose one set of the same color! there are two of each color! These are bangle bracelets. to give you an idea, my daughter is 14 months and these fit her well with room to be comfortable and not fall off, I even started putting them on her when she was 12 months and they did not fall off!
