I love the German auctions. My parents immigrated here in the 19 50's and right after dad passed away someone broke into their home stealing identities, checks, and my dads hidden safes full of \ German currency, Hitler Youth daggers, and many items priceless and never to be replaced.... thank god that time is over but this horrible life was part of my heritage and my parents lived through the concentration camps and all! So when kids tell me they are bored, i turn on the cassette tape of dad telling chilling, gut wrenching truths about how bored they were growing up.....anyway, I'd love to have some things to leave my daughter and her cousins since it was to be handed down for the generations, it's not even a dent but it's a start! thanks for this and any more auctions, you never know what things mean to people~~~ xox
