Like when you win an auction you have to pay the amount that you bid... if you bid 2,329,678 you have to pay that before the seller can send the item.
It's new I guess. Used to be that it would automatically take it from your account but now they give buyers a few days to pay but I keep getting people who don't pay for their wins and I have to cancel the transaction
It's really not fair to sellers to have to wait around for buyers to pay just to find out that they won't or can't

Means if you don't have the credits to pay then you shouldn't bid
Like on eBay you wouldn't buy a $3000 laptop if you only have $500

Yeah pretty much.
This one went for 2,500,000 last time but the buyer didn't have the credits to pay so I had to cancel the transaction
