This awesome cat collar is made of a comfortable foam & fabric that attaches with a Velcro strip. Simply measure your cat's neck, add 2 inches for the Velcro closure, and trim the collar to fit!Collar measures 10 1/2 inches total (for large-size cats), plus two inches of Velcro. The ID tag can be hung from a pre-installed plastic-enforced eyelet.
Technically this collar could work for a small dog too -- but as a decorative collar ONLY! It is NOT designed for use with a leash.
Or, if you really wanted to get creative, you could use it as a bracelet for a unique fashion statement. ;)
