Just wanting clarification , it says do not bid if you can not pay for it, although its free shipping, and credits taken automatically? is this just a generic warning on all of your auctions that may or may not apply to specific ones or?

Idk what listia has done but someone bid on my last auction and won but never paid the credits ..so idk how it happened ..howd they bid if they didn't have credits?

And certain Amount of credits u will not get right away u have to wait til they receive item ..this person bid like 909,000 and never paid credits ,never gave me address or anything ..i think listia changed it to where u can bid if u don't have enough credits and buy the rest of the credits to get it ..when something I'm looking at cost more than what I have,there will be a $$ amount below saying I can pay so &So and bid on item ...i was just aggrevated from that person doing that so that's why I put that in the description ..does it sound messed up?
