Sedum family, usually hardy outdoors. Some stay green, others get the reddish brown flower at top with slight red line outside of leaves. I forget the correct name, but nick name are frog backs because the underylining has a skin if done right loosen up then lightly puff air into it and resembles the frog croaking.

Billyshotdogs is exactly right. The common name is Autumn Joy. They bloom in yellow or pink , usually in August. I have some outside and they come back every year in Oklahoma. Beautiful sedum plants!
