I am NOT a fan of this system either- Ive had 11 Unpaid items in the last week & a half. I dont think its right they are letting buyers bid/win items that they have NO intention on paying for since they don't have the credits by the time it ends- Its a complete waste of time & unfair to potential buyers.....the bidding goes SKY High on something from somone who doesnt have the funds to back it up. I do hope Listia changes this....Its completely unproductive.

Agreeing here with all of you on the new buying rules. I quit selling for a month because of non payers and spent most of my credits but have started again because I have stuff to sell that I bought just for Listia. Once it is gone I am done.
What ticked me off most is the message Listia sends you stating after 3 days your "ALLOWED" to relist the item, like they are granting you something special and you should be grateful, not mad about your time and energy being wasted.
Try voicing your opinion on their Facebook page. If this gets out enough maybe they will change but I doubt it. Greed always wins in the end. Listia WAS a good thing back when $1 could get you 1000 credits.

I've been through the same thing y'all are talking about twice so far. One woman said she wanted to pay for the items but she couldn't because it kept asking for a credit card, I assumed it was because she didn't have enough credits to pay for the item so it was asking basically telling her to buy credits before she could pay for the item.
I feel like the people running Listia are allowing this so they can get more money. If someone doesn't have the credit to buy the item obviously they need to purchase credits. So we the sellers have to deal with this because of greed! Just my opinion.
Also us not being able to leave the buyer a negative feedback is bull!

Just had a non payer myself, I'm ending the last of my Listings and so done...Listia better wise up or they will loose in the end...will sell on EBay if I want to deal with this stuff, so sad they always end up messing up a good thing, first the outrageous increase in credits, now this :( all because of greed. GL ALL :)

Nice to bad they're not size 38 as sports bras are the only thing I can wear. I totally agree with you all on the way Listia is going with these credits. I myself don't bid on something if I don't have the credits. Good luck with your auction

Wow! These are pretty! Wish they were a tad bigger though... oh my goodness I didn't realize that the new changes were really that bad. :(. it does seem like Listia is getting pretty greedy! I personally stopped listing stuff on here months ago since credits started going up really high and it was not really fun anymore. It seems like these " changes " only benefit Listia not the sellers which is WRONG

i agree with all you about this "pay without credits" thing going on.i had 3 people not pay last week and it just isn't right for the person that may have wanted it. the worst part is, we should be able to at least leave a feedback, negative or otherwise if they don't pay. will be bidding on these some more, closer to auction end. good luck

Everyone should put in a support ticket like I did, I said that if someone over bids than their accounts should go into the negative til they get credits. Sellers should not be punished.not fair to us sellers
