This is a beautiful white jacket made by Emanuela which is an italian designer and has much detail to it., unfortunately the zipper is broken so it will need to be replaced. It has little buckle like straps at the end of both sleeves. and a built in belt around the front part of your waste. The measurments on this are as follows
the chest is 35 inches and the length from the underarm to bottom of jacket is 11 1/2 inches. its 86% polyester and 12 % cotton and 2% spandex.
