This is a recipe booklet from "JIFFY" mixes, revised 4/6/10. From cover: "America's Favorite, Quality and Value Since 1930." Hospitality in a "Jiffy," "Many New Recipes Along with Old Time Favorites." This is a nice size booklet, measures about 8-1/4 X 5-1/4, has 61 pages of recipes plus a page for tour information & an explanation of how to determine the age of Jiffy products.

There's also a page of the company's history & a Table of Contents page. There are many pages with more than one recipe on it...From "cream puffs" to "corny dogs," to "spoon bread casserole" you make in the microwave, lots of great ideas to try!

New, but a few wrinkles from slight handling.
