The listing, Sit and be Fit!! As seen on TV has ended.

Like new fitness DVD for people with chronic pain! Designed with Fibromyalgia patients in mind, RN, Mary Ann Wilson, guides you on a healing journey at your own pace and strength level! The DVD was only used once so I could make a personal copy of it, and now I'd like to pay it forward as I have moved past this workout and taken up Belly Dancing! I follow all Listia rules and only ship to Listia Verified addresses! Thank you so much for stopping by my auction! :-)

Thank you for sharing your story! I didn't laugh, but I did giggle! On a more serious note, I never thought I'd need an exercise program like this one (I was a firefighter/EMT for fifteen years before I hurt my back and became ill), but when I did need it, I was amazed at how much good it actually did for me! I started the bidding low, because if this program can help even one more chronic pain patient, then it's more than worth the postage cost to me! God bless and thanks again! :-)

Some of the residents find it hard to do the morning exercise routine...I think this would be helpful for those who struggle with the basic routine

Definitely! No matter where you are in your mobility level, you can adjust the routine by simply changing the size of the ball you're using. I started off with a $1 bounce ball from my local grocery store and ended with a tennis ball! Of course, you don't have to use a ball at all, but I was so stiff from surgery that I needed a little extra push to get myself back on track. :-)
