This is in great shape, all laundered and from a smoke free home. It has cut outs I guess you could say that make it easy to breastfeed. But the gown also has flaps? to cover the cut outs up so you can wear it regularly between feedings. That's the best I can describe it. In the second picture I showed the cut out and the piece in my hand is the part that folds back over that. It is VERY handy for those of you that breastfeed or are planning to. I didn't use this myself because I bottle fed but I was told it was a blessing. It has cute little teddy bears all over it with cute sayings, sorry the pictures are a little bad, my fiance isn't the best photographer lol :) Also it is a size large but I am positive it will fit small, medium and even XL as well, it's meant to be roomy so it doesn't matter what size you are to a point. I'm a medium and it definitely would fit me. Bid away!!
