I'm having a senior moment, are these things called embroidery...? Anyway, look at the picture, it's a cloth name tag w/ TERRY in script letters of white thread on a blue thread background. Micky Mouse is on left w/ his white-gloved hand to show the way to the name. White thread edges the whole thing, & there's a black thread copyright symbol & "WALT DISNEY PRODS."
Tag measures: 4-1/16" X 2"

Name tag is in original cardboard & clear plastic packaging; "MICKEY MOUSE" & "NAME PATCH" are at the top of package. Nothing on the back, package is a little worn, you can tell it's vintage. But the tag has never been removed or the package opened.
