When the winner receive the tablet will they be able to used it immediately, surfing the net and downloading etc. as soon as they receive it or will they have to set it up for use? Can you highlight? Does it get hot when charging? Does it have a front and rear camera? Does it come with a charge? What is the life of a fully charged battery. Sorry for so many questions but I made that mistake once and it was a hassle, like you said "been there done that". :0). So, are you claiming everything in your description that you obtained from amazon including the 10 hr. battery life? Thank you for your understanding.

Let me try and sort this out for you and I'll try not to miss anything. Some of the answers are already in my description so I'll answer the ones that aren't as best I can. First, the answer regarding using it immediately, I did say in my description that it has been set back to the factory settings which mean that you have to set it up just as you would had you bought it from the store. Anybody who lists a tablet/computer/phone without doing this first is providing you with all their personal information and wouldn't be very smart doing that. You'll also need to set it up using your wifi's password before you can use it. I have no idea if it gets hot when it charges, I haven't charged it, but all these things get a bit hot. Regarding the battery life I copied and pasted the specs as I stated from Amazon. That information on the battery is in reference to a new one bought directly from Amazon, not from me. The info I listed was given to use as a tool for basic information. All tablets lose time on a battery charge over the course of time. This is a used and not brand new Android tablet so I don't know how long the play time is on the battery. Considering that it's at factory setting, I haven't used it for ten hours considering I'd have to set it up in order to do that. Please keep in mind that this is a three year old reset tablet that prior to the reset was working fine with no known issues. I do stand behind my items and if I am responsible for any incorrect information, I will accept the tablet as a return at the bidders expense for a full refund of credits. This is aside from the battery life. Winner must prove that I've been negligent in my listing and I must receive it back prior to any refund. This is for this listing only.

Sorry hun, I didn't know what you meant. I'm afraid I have no idea. I don't know what their word processing programs are, I've only ever used an Apple product. Can you try googling it to see if you can find the answer? Best of luck and sorry my previous answer was so long!!!

It's a standard feature on tablets but sometimes it doesn't work well on older ones.
