**AS ALWAYS FREE SHIPPING* The phone that I have is a Samsung Impress.. its a nice phone but the only thing is it needs a sim card and it has a few **Scratches** (they arent that bad just enough to where you can see them) Im just making sure you know, before you bid on it, what youre actually getting.. i never used it but my stepdad had it for a few years...its by AT&T... its a touch screen but also comes with a keyboard..the phone features alot of different cool things... of course ill include the charger :) please ask questions if i didnt answer thm already... ill do my best to answer them (PLEASE if you win the auction make sure to provide your address as soon a possible so i can ship it to you quicker...) theres no hidden cost... all you do it just be the highest bidder, provide your address so i can ship it to you (only if youre the winner), then after you get it just make sure you transfer the credits to me :) and the shipping is only a few dollars for me so thats no big deal

It's not on... that's just the factory setting. Like the code part hasnt even been messed with or turned on once.
