Silver plated pierced floral Creamer: 3 1/2" x 5" x 3". Marked: I -1664 - GILP.
I have looked everywhere for this mark and can't come up with who the maker is where it came from, or when it was made.Its a nice heavy creamer cup and the handle is cool, plus the piercing detail is awesome. This would make a very attractive flower pot/vase. Trying to get a good photo of the maker stamp is impossible, I have to get my glasses & a lope just to see it myself.
