It doesn't state on the box. I put all the info written on the box in the description. However, there are a couple cards in the picture on the box with Bible verses on them. From what I can tell they are New King James Version. I do believe they made a mistake on one of them though. It is Matthew 7:27 in which Jesus compares a man who hears His words and does not do them to a foolish man who builds his house on the sand. All the words match except one concerning the rains descending, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and instead of the word beat against that house, it says burst against that house. Other versions use blew, battered, or slammed, but I can't find burst concerning this verse. The other verse shown Mark 9:23 - All things are possible to him who believes matches the New King James Version. That is the best I can tell since it isn't stated on the box. It's been around for at least eight years and continues to sell well. Instead of building houses you build one Church. Of course, like Monopoly, you have to own all the properties in a color group before you can build. The chance and community chest cards are changed into the Abyss and Faith & Contingency. Instead of going to jail you to Meditation. You still need to roll the dice three times before you can get out. The state cards are replaced with cities written about in the Bible. The houses and hotels are replaced with bricks and steeples needed to build a church. One of the twists to game play allows you to help another to build a Church.  You can also thwart someone's chances by buying up a property on a color group they are trying to buy but there is a card that allows you to force a property swap with another player.  While the cooperation aspects of the game are interesting, the makers clearly realized that some competition was needed to keep the game interesting.  In fact the prime way to win is to be sure you buy property out from under your opponents.  But the reason for this isn't what you might expect. the key to winning the game is to be the first to build a church on your property. Here is where the game introduces some originality.  To build the church you start with a cornerstone.  The cornerstone can only be built by helping another player complete a color group or sitting out for three turns voluntarily (community service). Well, you get to make offerings and build a church and to help someone else complete a color group.  The cards sometimes aren't a straight re-wording of the Monopoly cards.  One requires you to recite John 3:16 or lose a turn.  One card has everyone giving you 3 offerings because of your kindness and generosity. The game board has cities found in the Bible so you get to know their names. I've never played one, but It does seem like a fun game to play. Thanks!! :)
