FREE: 1944 Winged 'Mercury' Dime

The listing, 1944 Winged 'Mercury' Dime has ended.

I found this in a bag of stuff that I got from my late grandma's estate.
I know enough about it to know that it is worth something, but I really don't have the means, the patience or the interest to collect coins. So... This might be someone's lucky day. :)
I've examined the coin as well as I know how. I can say that it has been circulated, but is in fairly good condition. All of the markings on it are clear and readable (with the exception of the mint mark - which is what may make this coin more valuable, according to what research I've put into it. )
It was minted in 1944. Where: ?
I do know that the value of it is worth more than the melted silver prices as of today.
Other than that... Well, I'm just hoping it can find a home with someone that will appreciate it either for it's historical value or that knows more intricately about coin collecting.
