I bought this for my cat, who, at 11#, cannot wear this collar..LOL.
It is a light up LED collar but came without the batteries, or I cannot figure out how to turn it on!!
The battery case is under the name. This is a well built collar even if it did not light up!
It says it is for a small dog but it is can be resized in terms of length.
