Hand made by a Crafting Friend of mine who attended a brunch gathering & saved these lovely napkins from the
trash bin to recycle into decorative Switchplate & Outlet
Using a similar technique we use the image is applied, edges painted then sealed with a Spray Sealer.

Like ours the mounting hardware is painted to blend with the design
