A stabilized cross introduced to gardeners in 1985. Medium sized 2-3* fruits are great for slicing, salads and salsa. Very popular at markets and with chefs. Unique, sweet, zingy flavor. Indeterminate plants, 75-80 days from transplant.

Growing instructions:
Tomato Seeds need to be started indoors, planted 1/4" deep in pots or flats 6 weeks before last frost. Thin seedlings when they reach 2" tall and transplant into individual pots. Transplant outdoors 24-30" apart in rows 36" apart when night time temperatures are above 50*F.
