This is used but works perfectly. The extension cord with the cradle is damaged but I am sending another cord with it. The installation cd and instructions are included. Paypal only for shipping

not if you have wireless available already. if you don't then you could use a router for the Internet that you already subscribe to.

it doesn't say if it works for windows 98 or not, but in the installation diagram it uses windows xp. so it will work on an older computer, I just don't know how old. I think it would work, but I can't promise.

I believe it is a wireless card, but honestly I don't know much about computers. it connects to wireless Internet if your computer can't do that on its own.
