It was given to me, but I don't think it was new. It is excellent condition. I believe the cameo is also procelain

No, someone gave it to me, I never used it but I don't think it's new, though it's in excellent condition. I believe the cameo is porcelain too. Thanks for asking

Well, the point is moot, now, as you have a new bidder, verified. Verified means that you've shown an address for mailing, and some sort of verification of who you are, via bank account, phone, FB, Twitter, etc... We are supposed to mail to a Listia verified address only. So, under your "badges" up top, you'll see "about verification." Your first bidder had none. Often, these are kids messing around. Sometimes, it's someone who's overseas, and can't be verified but has good feedback. When you mail something, you should only mail to a Listia Verified address. That's about it! :)

Thanks for the info., I didn't know. If someone bids that isn't verified do you have any options? I asked this person to verify and I just got an email from him saying that he did phone verification though, so double moot. LOL Thanks again..

Your option is not to mail the item to an unverified Listia user. You can get help from Listia, as well. This is what I have going on right now. Someone won something of mine, no verification... I got the credits already.
The more verification you have, and feedback, the more trustworthy you are here. It doesn't take long. Oh, btw, I love books, too!
