The listing, SPRINT Ready Broadband PREPAID Prepay WIRELESS WiFi Mobile PC USB Router **NEW** has ended.

****BRAND NEW IN SEALED RETAIL PACKAGE****

I purchased 4 of these from Walgreens for $79.99 each for myself and each of my three my kids. We opened only 1 to try it, and I personally ended up using it for a LONG time before we got wireless internet through our cable provider. However, I STILL USE IT on the go when I am not at home and I have my laptop with me! It works GREAT and is pretty FAST. I usually fill up with the mid-level data plan and it seems to be a perfect amount of data for web browsing, emails, Facebook-ing, and that. It's a great deal compared to some of the other data plans out there! It pretty much works EVERYWHERE I go too! In fact, It even works in places that I have trouble getting my cell phone a signal. So, here is one of the 3 that we NEVER opened, still sealed in its original package!

can this be used with any laptop?

From what I understand, as long as the laptop has a USB port, it can be used. You may have to update the software prior to using it and/or update the drivers. I had to do those things when I initially installed the program, and it was a fairly easy process. There is also a 1-800 Customer Support number (which I also had to call once or twice for various reasons), and I always got through to a representative and they always handled my issues quickly and efficiently. I have absolutely NO complaints with the unit or the company itself, and like I said, if I even ran into any problems with anything, I was always able to get them worked out if I called Tech support. Hope that helps! :D

what are the prices on the plans and how many megs do you get?

The website is: www.readymobile.com. For some reason the rate plans are different on the website than they are on the back side of the package. The rates on the package are the ones that I pay. They are: $25 for 250MB, $45 for 600MB, $75 for 1GB. The website has them at: $25 for 300MB, $45 for 1GB, and $75 for 2G. I do know that you can get more than 1GB, even though that is the highest it says on the package. I probably should call to be sure the rates haven't changed without my knowledge! Hope that helps!

I know...I purchased ours sometime last Spring/Summer when Walgreens just started carrying them. They were $79.99 each when they first came out! I will keep an eye out for any better plans...you do the same! :)

do they have an expiration date- i looked some up-they had 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days depending on how much you paid. thanks

Yes, they are all 30-day plans. You either use up all the data within that specified time or any unused data is forfeited at the end of the 30 days. For instance, I always go with the 1GB plan and I have 30 days to use the full 1GB. In 30 days, it resets to zero and I just add more data time. Sometimes I use the smaller plans if I know I won't need to use as much airtime that month. Other times I will add more data before the 30 days is if I watched a lot of Netflix videos that month! lol I have been using it for so long that I pretty much have a good idea of how much data I will need for what I have to do. Hope that helps!
