this can be hung where ever u want to and it requires a battery which isn't included and it is must if u need to put it in the kids room if they r afraid of the dark or put it where u want to put it and it will come in handy real quick just push the top of the light and it will come on.u can hang it or just sit it on the table what ever u decide to put it.u have 7 days to get ahold with me with a verfied address and will not take email as a verifed address or will relist and keep all your credits and no refunds due to buyer remoise cuz u changed your mind or didn't want it or whatever the case may be there is no refunds.there is free shipping but if u live outside the united states then there is a small shipping fee so when i recieve the money or when the auction ends it will be send out with a tracking number so.i accept paypal,cash,post office money order only no other money order will be accepted so make sure it is from the post office.if u fan me i'll fan u back.plze go and check out my other auctions i might have something that u want or need.plze leave feedback once u recieve the item thank u for looking and good luck
