4500 is way too steep for $5.00. It usually is half the credits per dollar amount, like $4.00=2000 credits, $5.00=2500 credits.

you misread it, opening bid to 4500 gets you one $5 card, AT 4501, you get BOTH $5 cards ($10 for 4501!) thus a steal by your equation!!
