Sterling silver, marked 925 on the larger heart, this lovely item has some wear: a pock mark and some scratches. Also on the larger heart is Tiffany & Co. along with cursive name of "Elsa Peretti"; this also has some wear to it. The smaller heart not marked. The chain is not the original but is a nice box link, marked Italy 925
