I will list a few here and then more in the listing; some are easy, some more complex. Sweet Potato Lime Chiffon Pie, Baked zucchini and linguini, Grated Squash Fritters, Summer Squash Orange Cake, Easy Dilled Squash, Mrs. Avis Greek Spinach Pie, Clarifying Butter (teaches you), Turkey dinner swan song soup, Fried Tomato Soup, Sauteed Parsnip Slices, Parsnip, Potatoes and Carrot Puree, Lynn's Raised Potato Doughnuts, Lynn's Chocolate Potato Cake, Cream of Cucumber soup, Fennel with Parmesan Cheese, Sauteed Braised Greens, Jerusalem Artichokes with Cheese and Cream, Turkey Breasts with Kale, Rutabaga Pudding, Braised Duck, Basic Vegetable Soup. A lot of these are from "Victory Garden", a PBS television show. My mother copied them on recipe cards. These recipes are unique, not for the beginner I would say but some easier than others. Very intriguing recipes. Interesting!
