For me it loose around the belly, am a size large in shirts and a size 9 in jeans if that help you.

Yes, its a size medium. But I would hand wash the shirt it run small for a medium. Don't put in the dryer, it will shrink. tamera0:)

The sleeve have that flowing princess look! Im not really sure how to describe that lol. I keep looking at it wondering if it is going to look cute on me. I wear an 8-9 in jeans but I hate my hips so I dont like shirts to be to tight. What do you think?

The blouse is not tight around the waist area. I am the same way I do not wear tight shirts or blouse's I like them loose around the waist. It has a elastic around the waist area of the blouse. So if you want to strength the blouse where the elastic waist band is. Strength the blouse out more. I hope that helps you. Ty tamera013:0)
