THE EXTRA TOOL?????
it used for when a pop up or shrub sprinkler near the drive way gets run over and the black short riser is broken off due to the damage. But, it keeps the sprinkler from getting damaged. So instead of digging the whole thing up, you just clear away the soil around the broken black riser and stick this tool down in there and use force and turn at the same time and it will remove the riser still left in the elbow without causing damage!!!! then you put a new riser on the sprinkler, stick it down in the hole and screw it back to where it was before it got broke!!!!!
