Brand new and still sealed ?

It states in the first sentence of description "brand new" and they come exactly like you see them. They were only taken out of the paper packaging to show size:)

So the answer is, that they are no longer sealed.

They don't come sealed in the first place. Like 99% of high end makeup whether its full size or samples they do not come sealed in plastic like drugstore makeup and this is evident if you go to any Ulta or Sephora or have ever gotten high end samples. The only things that do come sealed are tubes with flat round openings and they come with an little metal foil seal on the inside. None of these are those kind of tubes and all of them are brand new and unused. The only tube is the primer and I checked and it is a long nossel top not a round flat one with no way for a seal. I have been selling makeup on here for 4 years and have never sent someone used and take pictures of all the items I send out to show they are full, never been used. As for your message to me saying that I was rude and that "btw I am literate" I was not being rude just simply saying it states in the first sentence that they are brand new. Sellers take the time to write descriptions for buyers to read them.

The third picture is from Sephora and shows all the shades and Toffee is the shade in the black square so it looks to be Medium:) It also gives a description of the shade right about the shades.

After being on Listia for so long and after even having "PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION" in the description and still having people constantly ask questions through comments and messages that are already clearly stated it gets to be a little much. You asked if they were brand new and like I said it states in the first sentence that they are brand new. I was not trying to be rude or short but its very hard keeping up with all the comments and messages when you have a lot of auctions up and are very busy which is why I put all the information I have about an item/s in the description.
