This is a Ganz Mini Teddy Bear holding a red Heart. It is about 5 1/2 inches tall I put it up next to a 16oz water bottle to get an idea of the size. its super soft an adorable!The tag is stained but i dont know from what, its just discolored there is nothing on it I wiped it and nothing came off. The bear is perfect there is NO blemish on the bear!
It does say not a toy only for decoration on it but im not quite sure how you have a teddy and dont cuddle it!
