Recovering a Forgotten Password. First, go to appleid.apple.com. Next, click on "Reset Your Password" on the right side of the screen just under the "Manage Your Apple ID" button. Enter the email address associated with your Apple ID.

OR

Erase your device with recovery mode to remove your passcode. Connect your iOS device to your computer and open iTunes. While your device is connected, force restart it: When you see the option to Restore or Update, choose Restore. Wait for the process to finish.

Did you google how to recover a forgotten password on You Tube. If so and you tried these did they not work.. I would have tried everything to get these to work before letting them go on here. Tempted to bid have LOTS of credits but don't want to get stuck with something I cant use.
