Questions & Comments
If the winner wants me to cut off the plastic tie to double check before sending I certainly will and if by some odd chance it doesn't work I will have a new battery put in but like I said its brand new and I'm pretty sure all new watches come with a fresg battery in them so they work when you buy them. Since this has the plastic tie and has never been turned on it should be a full battery. Hope that helps!:)
Its not silly:) Its brand new so I would assume it works as soon as you cut off the little white plastic piece thats there on the knob in the second picture and doesn't need a battery. I believe that little plastic piece they put on watche knobs is to keep the watch from being turned on and wasting battery until its purchased. I'm sorry it doesn't say anything about being waterproof. Thank you!:)
Nice auction. Quick question, do you know what the numbers around the edge mean? Thought it was a seconds or minutes thing but it's not lined up with the rest of it
Thank you! Yes I believe its supposed to be seconds and I forgot to add that that part actually turns so you can set it however/wherever you want. Hope that helps!:)
Typical New Boeing Parts, Plastic made outside USA Must be for 10 years Service or 25th year+retirement Sorry for vent, Company is not what it used to be.
just to let you know, I've pulled out a few of those plastic 'tie' things out from under the knobs recently, and it should not require any actual cutting, just a good pair of fingernails, or maybe tweezers to tug on it. :)
Thank you:) I don't wear watches so I don't know what that plastic thing is called but whoever wins can cut, pull, twist or use a chainsaw to take it off LOL. Happy Holidays!:)
