Very detailed filligree and enameled, gilded antique Order of Christ Galleon brooch. Circa early 1900's. Has an early safety catch with a paddle leaver. This handcrafted Portuguese filligree.

What size would you say this is and also, is it original or replica?

By the craftsmanship it is handcrafted, not machine produced, as mentioned the catch and hinge indicate it's age, Most of these have no makers mark. It is 1 3/4 inches tall and just under 2 inches wide.
