The listing, NWOT By&By Brand Dress Shirt from JC Penney--XS has ended.

NWOT, very nice maroon/garnet red color. If you look in the close up picture of the necklace, you can see the diagonal pattern. LOVE this shirt but it is too small. I usually fit S and sometimes XS but that wasn't the case with this XS shirt. Thus shirt has a detachable necklace and has plastic hanger straps inside. I tried it on but never wore it...not sure what happened to the tag but it still has the plastic tie holding the necklace to the shirt...picture 5.

The bottom band that is fitted is stretchy but the main material is not stretchy.

It was kind of short on me. I didn't like the length. The rest of it fits but the length was the main problem.
