It is 'charged' up right now...I will 'double check' for loss of charge BEFORE it is shipped...my bro used it with his Alcatel One Touch Smart Phone, with no problem. He kept the usb charger. I'm just passing this item on to someone who could use it. NOT scamming, NOT setting ridiculous GIN or starting bid. AND it ships for free! Good luck if bidding! Thanks!
