I researched it and it said, @Mattel, INC. 1975 Malaysia. The other sites say the same thing, so I am not sure if it's the date of the car or the year. Thanks so much for letting me know.
Swafford is correct; the year on the bottom of any given Hot Wheels car is simply the copyright date of when the particular casting was first issued. That Corvette casting has been used many, many times since the mid 1970's. Also, those three-spoke wheels on the car in the photograph were not used on Hot Wheels cars until the 1990's.
I appreciate all the comments. I just put what's under the car. Not an expert, just put them on here for all those who collect to have a chance to get...Thanks Elmo52. Some people just collect the styles, some go for dates, either way, we have too many of these little hotwheel cars that I need to share with others, lol. Thanks
I hope to keep this up, but shipping is kicking my budget...Everything is pretty much over $3.00, so I list high, just to cover my shipping costs. I hope that as a seller, we don't have to start charging for shipping..thank you.
