The odd-looking pods tucked into the base of a rosette of lance-shaped leaves has unleashed a string of imaginative common names for this plant. Here are some of them: boat lily, cradle lily, Moses in a boat, Moses in a cradle, Moses in the basket, Moses-in-the-bullrushes, oyster plant, and three men in a boat. (Tradescantia spathacea) is a favorite houseplant known for it eye-catching foliage. ... Cradle lily, Moses in the basket, Moses-in-a-basket, Moses-in-the-bulrushes, it is reported to be poisonous if eaten in large quantities.

You are bidding on medium size plant of the type pictured. Plants are shipped bare root, and can be from 10 to 12 inches or more depending upon the plants available at the time of shipping. I have grown many of these plants successfully for years. They multiply when they are happy. I do not guarantee your results, but if your plant is well taken care of you too should have great success.

I tried to get a hold of you because I wanted to get two plants together to save on your S&H, but I have a migraine, and seems I did not do the messaging right. I lost my first one from you, but I went specifically and got some cactus dirt, shredded spag moss to help hold a little moisture plus bought a large pot for the new plants. I like your blue agave also, but some of my credits have not been let go or okayed yet. I think the two stripes with the blue in the center of pot would be very striking. Do you have babies of the stripe agave with red blossom like 4 inchers, I would like to design a special flower pot for those with a tropical small tree in the center. Thanks Sue.

Yes, I finally figured it out about 3am, if it would of been a hammer, it would have knocked me between the eyes. I have to lay down, bad night and migraines, can I get with you later possibly tonight, just hold off for a little bit, because I want to see if I won the other auction of the variegated something with the red blossoms, plus I was looking at your blue agate, I should have more credits coming, but sorry for any typos right now...dry heaves & migraines don't mix well....it is an old work injury and when I total my SUV 12/02/2017 I still don't feel complete hitting the steering wheel & airbag on steering wheel in my face. Talk to you later.......thanks for helping me figure out the auction number, I should have known from Ebay, but they say if you don't use your brain cells, you lose them, but I think I did a long time ago....lol. Oh, not thinking here, but between everything, my message not sure if I hit comment key or not..? I love palm trees, how big do palm trees get if you kept them inside permanently, would they try to raise my roof off the house or can I trim them back. I know I would nee a huge pot vase, almost more like a tub...lol. Cause I was thinking instead of hounding you to see if your online, just maybe exchange a young palm tree or two for a smaller GIN. I am seriously want a few more of your green stripe...oh, this headache can't think but the red flowered plant, I like to make a large pot of those, I'd settle for smaller ones so you can keep the bigger ones for your auctions, but will talk it out later....Back to bed I go..!
